“Le Shi Internet” is Renamed as “New Le Shi”

Shanghai (Gasgoo)-Le Shi Internet Information & Technology Corp. released an announcement last night that, the company held the 48th session of the third board meeting on September 26th, 2017, and the resolution on changing the company’s name and stock short name was passed on the meeting.
According to announcement, the company will be renamed as “New Le Shi Information & Technology Corp., Beijing” with the stock short name as “New Le Shi”. The stock code keeps the same as “300104”. It’s also revealed that the company is renamed to fit with the strategy adjustments in the first half of year.
Previously, Liang Jun once said that “New Le Shi” contains four major businesses including Le Shi Video, Le Shi Super TV, Le Shi Film and Le Shi Cloud. In the meantime, New Le Shi sets its strategy direction as focusing on big-size screen, centralized self-control and open ecosystem. The new Le Shi is positioned as a company providing family Internet entertainment and consumption services. In the meantime, contracts signed by the old Le Shi still keep valid.
Le Shi faced great personnel changes in the past three months, with Sun Hongbin being its Board Chairman and Jia Yueting’s shares being diluted greatly. Le Shi has changed its senior managers and Logo utterly in the previous time, showing its determination to get rid of influence from Jia Yueting.
